• Collect and prepare patient samples for testing
• Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Record and maintain accurate test results and patient data
• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of laboratory instruments
• Follow laboratory safety and quality control procedures
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding test reports
• Manage inventory of lab chemicals and consumables
• Prepare reports and update records in lab software/system

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• DMLT / BMLT / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Relevant certification in laboratory technology preferred

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years experience as Lab Technician
• Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
