Human Resource Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling hiring processes, and ensuring smooth HR functioning within the organization.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination

  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs

  • Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements

  • Handle employee queries and maintain positive work environment

  • Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

  • Assist in training and development activities


🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

  • Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, HR Software)


💼 Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin

  • Freshers with HR qualification can also apply


💰 Salary & Benefits

  • ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Monday to Saturday
