We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling hiring processes, and ensuring smooth HR functioning within the organization.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements
Handle employee queries and maintain positive work environment
Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Assist in training and development activities
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, HR Software)
1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin
Freshers with HR qualification can also apply
₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
